To celebrate the 5th anniversary of our glorious Baron Octiovus Von Richter and a few hardy souls founding the Baronship of Cove a festival will be held inside the town walls in their honour.   4. Last week saw the Republic Redemption Festival go ahead, celebrating 10 years of Independancy in Vesper and 11 years of her military forces. The events of the festival were based around the principles of Vesper. The first day consisted of a market to represent the trade in Vesper followed by summoning duels to represent Vesper's magic culture and Vodka and stool races to represent it's drinking culture. The Winner of the Summoning duels was Anira Cuilwen from New Haven and the winner of the Vodka and Stool races was Jessica Heath of Vesper.

To the bidders delight many items started with no minimum bids and others were started with 'deep discount rates'. And throughout the evening the wonderful Lady Dame Judi called out for winners with over 20 door prizes to be given away.
