Not sure WHY this is so, but there is no SINGLE quest giver for carpentry. There are multiple quest givers that give at most one to two quests for the carpenter. All listed are for Heartwood, as Sanctuary is just not worth the risk in getting there (again, not sure WHY).

I got tired of chasing them down, so I am making this list by Heartwood NPC name and the SPECIFIC quest to look for to get a carpentry satchel.

The ONLY Two quests (for 22 recipes?) are "ARch Support" and "Stop Harping on me"
