*A letter carrying the seal of Baron Octiovus arrives via Dragoon dispatch and is placed in the hands of barmanager Kiran. It reads as follows.*

Greetings esteemed manager Kiran,

Yesterday I was approached by an associate of yours, Danny Hawthorne. He made it expressly clear that the view of the trading company and Cove runs along similar lines. The Samsca regime must be brought down from power swiftly.

To this end, I outline the following agreement:

1. The Vesper Trading Company will act as 'mercenaries' to aid Cove in any event of a Vesper/Cove conflict.

2. The Vesper Trading Company will implement a policy of spreading anti-Samsca, pro-Cove propoganda in addition to informing Cove of Vesper's movements.

3. The Covian light company will oversee the defence of the Swaggers from all hostile forces in covert operations. Officially, Cove will take no part in this.

4. Cove will arm and armour any group(s) wishing to fight against the current Vesperian leadership.

5. This agreement shall remain hidden and unspoken to all but the highest commanders/officials of both sides.

Are these terms agreeable?

The associate you reffer to is indeed relaying information which is of my own standings on current situations. I am indeed inclined to wanting to dispose the new Baron of ours, Olk Samsca, causing more distress within the Vesperian ranks.

However, the conditions you have stated underneath, only one of them are difficult to manage.

I can't already in the early stages have some of my men or woman kidnapped, and in the process telling our enemies of the Vesper trading company assisting Cove with destroying Vesper from within itself.
Also, it would be most suspicious if you and you're men was to attack, and no barstaff is ever there when such declaration of wars occur. It is known that the Vesperians are not quick, but even there officers are able to see the lack of bartenders and maids every Covian attack.
