Since the Stygian Abyss client has only been out a short time, it's all but assured the settings in your router refer to the older 2D Classic Client settings. There are no other Ultima online games besides Ultima Online, so it's the right game.

As for the IP address, perhaps just add them all if you think it's not applying the rules to the right computer/IP address.

If it's still a port/rules issue(after you get the computer/IP address thing sorted out), could give a try at setting up a set of custom port rules(using the aforementioned list of ports). Again, you could either attempt this yourself or call your ISP for step-by-step assistance since it's their device they'd be giving you support on.

As I said, I'd add it to the other IP addresses too but it's only allowing the game to be allowed on one PC at a time apparantly. I.e., I have to remove it from one list to add it to another.

I'll try downloading the full game also and get XP installed. There are a few tech fiends I know that could give me a hand also.

Does that thing (I refuse to call that ill-documented thing a router!) have a logging feature? Looking at the logs may help determine what the issue is.

However as far as I can tell from the (lack of) documentation, it by default allows all outbound traffic and only required firewall settings for inbound traffic.
Since all connections are initiated from the client to the servers, you should NOT have to dabble with that.

Can you please make a screenshot of the point where it breaks? That could be helpful...

Also can you open a command prompt on your PC and type the following command and post the output:
nslookup login.owo.com

This is like being in 2003 again, with all this port forwarding going on...

Portforward.com was a site I used to use to set up my games on my old non-Upnp router. This is the listing for Ultima Online (probably 2D) for what is likely your router. It might not get 3D working, but you could install 2D and see if this is the problem.
