The Children of Darkness (CoD) is actively recruiting players from all walks of life to come and join us here on Catskills if they enjoy role playing vampires and active story-driven game play. We actively run our own player-owned city, affectionately known as Vamp's Lair, within the Malas landmass, that is host to many events and offers endless opportunities for role play. CoD also maintains a protectorant holding on the NPC city of Umbra, having helped to rebuild it from a previous coven's destructive force.
We are chaotic good, and what that means is that for the most part we try to be part of the human world, best we can be, and get along with Sosarian citizens --- but, as is often the case, certain humans tend to bring out our dark sides and meet their swift deaths, without much care for mercy. Our member base spans the breadth of RP --- from lawful good to chaotic evil --- all depending on how you wish to RP your character. Some characters do not feed on humans, some only feed on willing humans, some only feed on a specific blood type like AB-, some have no need to feed at all, some are freshly newborn, some are thousands of years old, etc. etc.
