There are currently none for sale on Atlantic. Prices offered on other shards:
LS: 1M, 3.9M
Baja: 3M
Obviously, there is a small disparity here. I'd guess that interest in mini-houses fell off considerably since they first released with AOS.
As for the Tower:
Atl: 1.5M, 2M, 3M
Baja: 2.5M
There is a complete set of mini houses selling for 20M on Baja as well.
If they were on Sonoma, I'd buy 'em from you.

You people and your IDOCs amaze me. I've only ever found two, and those were quite by accident. One was picked over and the other set me up for quite a while.
How do you find them? Just a lot of running around?

The legit people just run around running their pointer over house signs.
The cheaters have scripts that have bots run around on preset tracks and pick house signs out of the data stream and parse for decay status to build a list of locations. Furthermore, they run these bots incessantly so they catch when the decay state changes so they can then predict when the house will actually fall. Many times these are the people that show up just at the "right time".
Not all IDOC'ers are cheaters, I know some people who that is among their main joys of playing UO. For a time, I did IDOC's, but they simply take more time than I have for UO.
Another way EA/Mythic could combat cheaters/scripters is to add more randomization to the decay state, perhaps the last decay state when the house is irretrievable even if the owner's account is renewed. Another idea is to make the house sign shimmering neon white with a displayed countdown timer til collapse. Basically, remove the advantage of the cheaters!

I have been doing idocs for a couple of years now. It prolly takes me 4-5 hours a day to go thru the land looking at signs. I am also one of those people that show up just in time. If you get up early enuf (4am) you can catch the time the house goes idoc and from that you know when its gonna fall. A lot of time and effort has to be put in to be successful. That's y most people should have an idoc buddy. Split the land up between ya so it only takes half the time to find them. Also, there seems to be a "cycle" as to when houses go idoc. I know there is a certain time of the month when there aer lots more idocs than at other times and this occurs at approxiamately the same time every month. I will spend more time searching for idocs during this period. But of course the rewards can be absolutely awesome!. But of course, have to take the good with the bad.

Um, not to burst your bubble, but I did my fair share of IDOCs and I was taught to wait at an IDOC, to see when it changed so we could be ready at the right time later on.
And no scripts involved, just clicking on the house sign every couple of minutes.
EDIT: Pfft, someone was quicker...
But yes, the rewards for looking for IDOCs can be very high at times. Especially if the others don't know the time and completely miss an amazing IDOC, letting you go through the whole thing on your own...
*sighs* Good times, good times.

I wanted to be clear on this. Just like not all miners who use Recall are scripters, but there are *many* who are.
The IDOC'er community generally know who is and isn't cheating because they usually see the same faces over time and get to know who's square and who's sucking up items like a vacuum.
On Chesapeake, there is a script miner who always wears gear crafted by a certain person who is also an abundant seller of ingots in Luna. Everyone can see the same dots, but not everyone connects them the same way.

As Char replied..its VERY time consuming..I do spend about half my UO time a day (or more) searching for idoc's, and it does pay to have a partner. Some people like to fight spawns, some like to do peerless, some just like to banksit and shoot the breeze..I happen to like scrounging thru houses that have fallen! I've got some pretty awesome things out of idoc's..I guess one reason I idoc ..is I'm always hoping to get that *part of UO history* some server birth..event item..something thats not crafted or available any longer..I have a small museum set up on Chessy..right beside the grand arena outside South gate of Luna. And since I can't afford to purchase alot of the things I'd like..the higher end stuff..I decided to preserve some of the *old school* history. These here *youngin's* coming aboard these days dont know or have never seen some of the things I managed to collect from days gone by..and I think its important to preserve it..(gets off soap box) ..but all in all ,It's my UO past time..one I enjoy yes its boring..yes it alot of aggro running around checking house signs..but hey..its what I do.. *Belle Starr ...Legendary Idoc'er*..
