Can someone tell me if this template has any chance in PvP:

To be honest I can't see it working too well. No healing means you're relying on chiv and weaving to heal which would keep your mana pretty low even at GM meditation, and no anatomy means much lower damage output, so you're sort of stuck between using a high-damage weapon special (armor ignore) and healing yourself. With a good mana leech weapon you can probably keep your mana up enough to stay healed, but you take too much of a dps loss by losing anatomy, without gaining enough through chivalry or weaving to compensate.

As for your question about which is better, it really depends on what kind of weapon you like to use. I personally prefer macing for the War Axe (decent damage+speed and AI+MS special combo), but swords gives you access to the Ornate Axe, which is the highest DPS weapon in the game (unless something better came out with SA), and not to mention longswords, which are pretty killer too

I have to agree with Belanos here, no healing or anatomy, you're relying a lot on spells and your mana. Good luck!

and if you are using weaving to heal you will always have to get atleast 5 focus for the healing to work
