I ebayed a German account and all the messages from UO are in German... how do I set the default messages from German to English? ANd what the heck are they asking me in the above message?

Im no expert but the text says something about Payment options, that you can modify your account at the url and if you have any questions you can go to the last url :P

Dont know how to fix the default messages :\

The payment option that was saved for the EA- Subscription has been declined. To continue your game, you need to check your Account for any problems.

You may access https:/ww.ultima-registration.com at any time to review your profile for changes to your account.

Should you have any further questions for the EA Customer Service, please do not hesitate reply to this e-mail with your question. You can also check out our "Help: link under http://eade.custhelp.....php?/home.php.

As for changing the account's default from German to English, all I can suggest is calling EA's Customer Service and having them reset it.
