Home shard: Pacific
Coord/Facet: 27 51S 14 50E Felucca. Far east from Britain moongate by the bay.
Contact info: ICQ49046784(I am in very different time zone than the US currently. If you dont see me online, please leave me a message. Thank you.)

When I was building this house, I mainly focused on making a high ceiling courtyard in a villa style design while having well usable spaces in both floors and also balanced layout. I have to say this sounds 1000x easier than it actually is, but I've enjoyed challenging it. I didnt want a commom outdoor fountain, so I tried to make a indoor one. A large fontain like this should be placed in a higher ceiling room to make sense so the sprinkling water would have space to go but not hit the ceiling...Yes, even if it's in-game world, everything has to make sense to be allowed staying in my house!!

My house designs are never considered "fancy" by any means, but I have always perfered "UO Nature" style which is simpler and cleaner like NPC's homes. Piling a huge load of stuff to make "illusions" just never works for me. You may think I am not quite creative in decorating and I would admit it with no second thought, but only the cleaner design would make my eyes feel more comfortable!

Honor is our salvation.
Without Honor the Dance is meaningless

oo yeah I want a house like this in real too!
And...about the real thing, my UO house designs are always inspired by real houses, so they would look relatively real.
I always have good time building my "dream house" in game since I know I would never own one in real anyways (lol).

Thank you!
It's a pleasure being able to hear and see the water from both floors in that house.
I would only wish it's real in my home!
hehe

I am glad you like it!
Actually it looks much better in game than on screen shots.
If you got some time to visit Pacific, I would be willing to give you a house tour.
