Hi all,

So I just started playing on Origin, and made a mage character. So far things have been going well, but I'm unsure which way to work on the character from here.

I have:

Magery 94

Eval Int 95

Meditation 100

Focus 100

I was thinking of adding Mysticism and Inscription, but I'm just not sure. Maybe spellweaving, maybe Necromancy and Spirit Speak (and drop Meditation) or something else if there is a better (more effective) build.

Anyways, thanks in advance for the help!

Jorash

First of all, welcome to Origin.  If you need a larger home size, let me know. I know of 3 keep spots open for the taking (and can give you money for them).

I would take Magery, Eval Int, and Meditation to 120 once you have powerscrolls to do so.  Mysticism is very useful for a mage (or so I've been told) and if you're looking for purer mage, then Mysticism or Spell weaving.

My build is this for a necro mage: http://search.uo.com...nfo/3yGjejv5y98

My template is old, but works well.  I wouldn't drop meditation, I'd drop focus if you chose to go necro/spirit speak as meditation is needed more than Focus is for gaining mana.  Focus is good for gaining mana and dexterity back, but for a pure mage, you want meditation.

Let me know if you need anything on Origin.
