Hi. On EA's shards you can tame dogs if you want. You can also use the ninjitsu animal form spell and transform into a dog, which then allows you to roleplay a dog. Playing two characters at once, however, would require two separate accounts unless you go the taming route.

There is an RPed Canine on Baja.

He morphs into a dog. Doesn't use speech. Can't open doors. An interesting character.

I agree with both the above. You can, of course, prepare a series of actions using words and phrases like *looks hopefully, wagging tail*, and you can also "stretch" reality" a bit. Like in the 1950s TV series Lassie, even opening doors if no-one answers. Many role players would RP along with you. I have no idea how successful it would be on a Czech shard. Two dogs would be over the top, unless tamed by your player character. And then the owner would have a good intuitive understanding of what the dog wanted. In you situation I would go for something not quite so difficult, but if you join a decent RP Guild you would get a lot of help.
