It includes live RSS news feeds from Ultima Online's Event Moderator sites. 14 shards have been included. Those shards not listed either didn't not have an EM site, or if they did... the RSS feeds are not enabled. Ask your shard EMs to add or enable RSS for their shard's EM site.
