If I have a combat skill, do I need to have both anatomy and tactics?

Or would tactics do if I would use magery for healing?

Thanks.

Healing spells depend only from Magery level so you do not need any additional skill for it. Anatomy work together with Healing skill.

But what I want to know is, can I have say "fencing" with just tactics?

Yes. Not having Anat will affect your damage bonus some but is still viable, but not having it will make Healing skill all but useless.

Have you considered Chiv or Bushido? Both have damage-enhancing effects as well as healing effects.
