What a shame. Sadly, EA is absolutely no help when it comes to hacked accounts. It's a shame, because veteran accounts and accounts of active, loyal players are too often the targets of hacking. One would think EA would be more eager to maintain those customers.

My main account was hacked and I didn't find out till several months later when I could no longer log in
They (wilki) confirmed someone was using it, but EA just didn't care, as far as they were concerned, because someone else had put their credit/debit card info on MY account, it was now theirs.
