EA Japan UO team posts FoF-like Q&As at the end of every month on their official web site. They posted those of this month today. I'd like to translate some of them which are supposed to be significant not only for players in Japan but also for players all over the world into English, so that all can share these informations.

- What has become of the issue that we can't mark crafted food stackable with a name of a cook?

About two weeks ago, the code was built up, that allows cooks to mark stackable items with their names when they craft these items, in case that the items are eatable.

We can't tell you when because devs are busy with Stygian Abyss, but it will be introduced in a live publish in the future( sushi rolls/green tea are included).

- A following message is shown up:"Invalid level selected for your house", and I can't customize second floors.

This problems is confirmed in houses built in a limited area of Britannia, that is, in the upland to the south-east of the Demon temple of Fire Island. Fire Island is located at the especially high attitude in Britannia and the attitude of the land becomes higer and higher from the seashore to the upland. Therefore the attitude around the upland is very high and the second or third floor of the house are beyond the limit of the system of UO, which causes the error message above comes up.

Since the limit of the height is based on the ground of the game system, we have no plan to fix or change this issue. Please understand that the world enclosed into shards of the shattered Gem has a limit in the height itself.
