Have a few questions about "Item Insurance".

If you are a member of the Thieves' Guild or a Murderer, your corpse can be freely looted by anyone (in Trammel or Felucca).

But do your items that are insured still come with your ghost?

Also... if you are a member of the Thieves' Guild, can anyone just "attack" you on sight (Trammel or Felucca)?

If you are in the Theives Guild you can be freely looted but Insurance will save your Items, as for attacking I think you have to be grey to be attacked in Tram and in Fel you are fair game.

I don't think you can turn gray in trammel anymore but i could be wrong.

One thing that happened during a tram event over in Magincia was people tried to get rubble on thief/stealthers and found out when they died, anyone could loot them even in tram, so what I'd do is I'd just ask a friend to test it out with ya one day.

Rule of thumb, thieves in the guild shouldn't carry anything they could sell :P.
