Is there anyway to see if your account age is right on your paper doll? I have had my account stopped before but is there anything i can do to see if my accounts are the right age by looking on the UO page or calling them? I think i should have 4 rewards when i get back to the states since the last time i used any of my rewards was like a year ago i think.

I don't think the MyUO page works anymore, so...no. Sorry.

MyUO works to look up your characters' paperdolls and such but as far as I can see, there's nothing account specific otherwise. The UO registration site lists the month and date you registered, but if your account was ever inactive during that time, those months don't count towards your account age. http://www.ultima-registration.com

You think if i just paged a GM and said my account info is not right they could tell me the age? Can they look and see if an account has been inactive or if i emailed EA?

Hmmm I'm not sure? It seems that account age is tied into billing somehow, and I wonder if GM's have access to that kind of information. In the past, Jeremy used to post that if you had problems with your account age to email her - so I'm guessing those emails would now go to her replacement?

If you've got the time, I'd say it can't hurt to ask a GM! :)
