Every time I tame an animal it and the health bar disappears for a second then it comes back tamed. When did this start happening?

Perhaps you're having lag issues? What client are you using?

The only thing I've noticed in my taming career is when you have an aggro on you like a headless or a dire wolf or something and you tame a pet, the moment you succeed to tame it, everything around you will stop aggroing, and then most likely attack your new pet lol

I haven't noticed the health bar/graphic skip I don't think...I'll have to check that out.
