ok, I have a pure mage who I use equally for pvm and pvp. The skills I have are: 120 magery, 120 eval, 120 anatomy, 120 meditation, and 120 resist. This leaves me with 120 points to use. And thats my problem. I can't decide whether to fill that 120 with spellweaving, or inscription (I have 100 inscription and 110 spellweaving stoned, character is scrolled to 120).
Are the benefits of 100 inscription to a mage better than the great pvm (and small pvp) aspects of spellweaving?

which would you all suggest? I can't decide.

(the mage wears a suit with 101 lrc, 4/6 casting, 38 lmc, 35 dci, 35 sdi, hpr 3, hpi 5, mr 12, mi 7, si , resists 70 64 63 70 70, carrying a scrapper and arcane shield, if that makes any difference).

If you do alright already in PvP, I would opt for the spellweaving. In Doom, WoD rocks, and the benefits of gift of renewal and the summoning spells (mainly nature's fury) can't be overlooked. With the massive mana regen you already have, the mana consumption shouldn't be anything you can't deal with. And, for PvP, the summoned faeries are great when you have to deal with a pesky tamer and his dragon. I love spellweaving on my character (magery/necro/weaver) and I don't have half the suit you are running. Just my two shillings, though... :) Good luck with your choice!

I also would suggest spellweaving. I was doing 400 damage on generals with word of death!

my question would be, why do you have anatomy all the way to 120?

Don't forget to store that 120 anatomy in a soulstone before you raise spellweaving!

(In other words, I prefer spellweaving to inscription)

anatomy is useful on a mage who uses a scrapper, just doesn't have to be higher than 100 if theres 120 eval.

I would suggest Spellweaving also but I do have a question about the whole anatomy and Scrappers use you mentioned. What benifits does your anatomy play when using the Scrappers?
