You know that mirror we can get that insults us? How about something like this that jumps out and goes 'wOOooOOoo' when we go by (turn off-able).

I just want a couple of plain gravestones for deco, but this would be col.

What would ALSO be cool? A GM thief being able to steal gravestones (from a dangerous place - not everywhere?). With a 1:1000(?) chance of getting a haunted stone (not the above image) that starts out innocently enough. Soon after being locked down, doors start opening and closing. Then items in the house start randomly shifting around (safe, just moved). If the player hasn't gotten the hint yet, everyone but the house owner gets ejected, hearing 'geeeet oooouuuut'. Still not enough? A green ghost follows you inside the house. Randomly prevents you from leaving for a short period. Then it starts attacking (weakly, just annoying). Then it starts getting serious. To get rid of the stone you need to complete a quest to purify your house. Once the haunted stone is locked down, it can't be removed. These events would play out over time, perhaps a month or more, with a slow ramp up.

Thoughts?

Pretty good idea. A skeleton hand raising out of the ground would be pretty creepy as well, maybe grabbing your ankle and paralysing you for a couple of seconds.

Had and Idea on this too maybe make you able to pick up your own corpse and smelt it into ash so you can put it into a jar with a customizable message like "the ashes of Ferenhelm, ducked when he should have weaved"

Just a thought!
Want would be nice to have is a wagon! Not all guilds allow exotic pet usage, mainly the role-play guilds. The wagon could be allowed the placement of a small forge and/or anvil so it could be used like a fire beetle! It would have the storage of a packhorse! But to move it you must hook it to a horse or packhorse in the all follow mode otherwise it just sets there! If the draft horse is killed, then the wagon stays in place until another horse can be used! This way we, the role-players can enjoy the benefits of mining without the odd pets! Were a pretty tuff lot, doing the Events set by UO, with just GM made armor and weapons! It would be nice to see something done for us, the non-arty wear/using players! After all this is a role-playing game, or at lest it was!

I just got the 11th year Commemorative pieces... and the Tombstone DOES make an undead appear and say something,but only for 2 seconds- barely enough time to see it.

Not yet it doesn't... it does not look like my animation, though. It appears, says some random phrase and tosses a +5 Spirit Speak boost at you. I think due to lag or something the computer thinks it is displaying the undead, but it only appears as a flash just before vanishing again. The undead seem to be just regular undead types found at cemeteries. Very quick.
