I am in Chessie as well, There were a bunch of people at Melissa before I lfet for work today. Probably others doing the peerless dungeons. Others are "ghost running" through to Casca. Everywhere I went this morning and afternoon, I found people.
Not many people are in the dungeons right now because everyone is trying to finish up their quests.

Anyone who isnt doing Melissa right now is waiting for someone to dispense free loot at Brit or Luna bank on Chessie.

Anyone who isnt doing Melissa is a silly head.

I have to agree on Chesapeake, most are going to Melissa until the end of the event.

If you're looking for largest population, go to Atlantic. If you're looking for best community..ehh I wouldn't recommend it.

What times would you be playing? That would make a difference too.

Then were is your location? If you are in the US, playing east coast when you live in California (for example) can have an affect on your connection speeds. If you want to play east coast I'd say atlantic, if you want to play west coast I'd say pacific.
