I wonder what this is. I already have a book coming from Japan, published by EA Japan titled "Happy Interior!" which I believe is all about decorating UO houses. This appears to be a CD of some sort...

Happy interiors for horses and warriors without stables? Lots of hay, 1/2 Barrels for water...

How to find a home when you're tired of sleeping on the ground?

How to make a comfy spot on the ground by the lake? Or Cabin by the Lake to catch the fish?

Actually I have no idea what this one is about. I simply found it listed on amazon.co.jp with other UO related books and CDs. I've ordered a different book from Japan though all about house decorating in UO. I'll try to get some scans up here (is that allowed or a copyright issue?) when it arrives.

Just go to www.rinkya.com and sign up with them. They're a Japanese forwarding/shopping service for people outside Japan wanting to buy from Japanese stores and websites. You'll pay a bit more for it but they can order it for you, along with anything else off of Amazon Japan.
