2 questions - can ANYONE hit any of the west coast shards? Also, what ISP are y'all using?

1. Nope can't log onto Pacific, Sonoma, Lake Austin, Baja, Napa. They are showing on the list of servers, but cannot hook into them. Receiving the message: "The client could not attach to the game server. It must have been taken down, please wait a few minutes and try again." after a long connecting message.

2. ISP - Road Runner

I am trying on both clients and have the same issues.

I patched after losing connection.

Some folks lost connection and others didn't.
Some folks had already patched and others hadn't.

I can log into Great Lakes but it is heavily lagging out so much i can only move every five seconds. I pinged the servers I transfer through to play UO and it says limited bandwidth.
