  2. As most know the security list for the Auction House and Crafters Hall was cleared. Any time I get reports from people I know well I take measures to ensure the safety of not just myself but the safety of other people. The rule of thumb during these times is to clear the entire access list. This is done for two reasons. 1. You don't risk missing the person who might do it. 2. No one can get upset that this person was unfriended but this person was not. (Saves drama time) Also during these situations the people affected are notified by icq or email. You don't always have the time to send

  8. With Gareth Lightenburgs Mayorship due to end next week he has issued a high alert in the city of PaxOku. With government changeover due to happen soon and the Books of Sin becoming a large topic of discussion he feels that security should be stepped up since the city has in its possession the "Book Of Wrong". I was able to see where the book of Wrong is kept in the city. Magical barriers and protection alert spells have been setup around the area where the Book of Wrong is held. More security and even a protection force of guards will be setup soon. Should Gareth or the area the book of W
  9. The British company Thruvision has announced the T5000 Security Imaging System, a camera that can "see" under clothes using what the company calls "passive imaging technology" to identify objects by the natural electromagnetic rays that they emit. The T5000 camera, created by a company called ThruVision, uses what it calls "passive imaging technology" to identify objects by the natural electromagnetic rays--known as Terahertz or T-rays--that they emit. The high-powered camera can detect hidden objects from up to 80 feet away and is effective even when people are moving. It does not reveal phy

  11. (Thought this might get a rise out of ya Adam!) The English are feeling the pinch in relation to recent terrorist threats and have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon, though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the blitz began in 1940 and tea supplies all but ran out. Terrorists have been re-categorized from "Tiresome" to "A Bloody Nuisance". The last time the British issued "A Bloody Nuisance" warning level was during the great fire of 1666. Also, the French government anno

  14. source taken from UO U.Hall Jeremy/EA, Please explain to me why I can not have the account security like this person has on their account. 15. This is a really clever idea. Next time you come home for the night and you go to put your car keys away, think of this: It's a security alarm system that you probably already have and requires no installation. Start keeping your car keys next to your bed on the night stand when you go to bed at night. If you think someone is trying to get into your house, or if you hear a noise outside your house, just press the panic alarm on your car key chain. Test it! It will go off from most everywhere inside your house and will keep honking until your battery runs down or until you reset it
