The Trinsic Fishing Tournament is coming! Wednesday evening there will be a fishing tournament held by the Fisherman's Guild of Trinsic and hosted by EM Dudley. Registration *only* lasts from 6:15 PM EST through 6:45 PM EST so be sure to get your salty hide down to Trinsic in time At 6:45 PM EST the fishing will begin in earnest and last through midnight. Whoever turns in the heaviest Big Fish wins the contest. Whether you can only make it for a part of the evening or the whole duration, you must still register between 6:15 and 6:45! hey everyone There's an exciting Treasure Hunting Race tomorrow, Saturday Feb 28th at 9pm EST. EM Tailsping and EM Dudley will be hosting this event so it should certainly be interesting! All are welcome, but visitors are kindly reminded to refrain from town voting if a measure is called for resolution. The Town of Gyldenfeld has a new Store in it's business district. It is the Gyldenfeld General Store which sells many things now, and will sell more in the future as we continue to grow. Come see us for your shopping needs. Our current vendors are: Two Furniture Vendors carrying a broad selection of deco items. A House Add-on Vendor with all the house add-ons available. A Books & Scrolls Vendor carrying Magery & Necromancer spellbooks, runebooks, Recall scrolls, Mark scrolls, Gate scrolls, and Ressurection scrolls. hello everyone! As we discussed at our last town meeting, we will be shooting for a town meeting roughly every two weeks. Well, it's been about two weeks Next town meeting will be this Thursday at 9 PM EST at the Red Wolf Cafe. Soon the snows that blanket the realm will be melting, the birds chirping, flowers taking root and time for sowing at hand. Much lies in store for Gyldenfeld in the coming months. Already, work is under way for the soon-to-be-named buildings to house the town's new general store as well as a rune library. More news to be announced soon on those projects as they approach fruition. The newly named "King Casca" of Britannia was the main topic of discussion at the emergency town meeting in Gyldenfeld on Tuesday evening at the Red Wolf Cafe. An at times heated debated ensued given the dubious circumstances behind the official herald's announcement of the new sovereign. Some of the main points included the basis of his appointment, namely the abrupt nature of it all and the fact the the Royal Council technically consisted of one man, Casca himself. As the previous sovereign Lord British had left no heirs and was unwed at the time of his departure from the realm and implied a

Some of you may have noticed a new home being built along the road north through the heart of Gyldenfeld. I'm happy to say welcome back to Yari Ashigaru(and Sinoval) as he stakes a homestead among his old friends once more in Gyldenfeld. Much has changed in the world since he last walked amongst us so he may have many and different questions about various things. Last night we passed through Jhelom and accepted an invitation to assist with curent, ongoing research into the recent appearance of acid slimes across the realm. hey everyone, I was considering giving the hull of my ship a good scrape and cleaning in preparation of a fishing cruise this coming Monday evening(Dec 22nd). As with past fishing trips, we'd meet up at the Red Wolf Cafe, head to the bay at the southwest part of town and embark together for an hour or three of fishing the deep waters together. I awoke yesterday to find the lands blanketed in snow, very unseasonable for Gyldenfeld. Soon, the rooftops and walks all around Gyldenfeld were also covered with snow as well.
