So I just re-logged into UO this weekend for the first time in several years (8-10 I think). It appears that all (or almost all) of my Lake Superior characters are still members of the Company of Strangers (C*S) guild. I don't remember many people from the guild, except for Airmid and Ruwendon. It does not appear that there are many active C*S'ers still around, and the guild website appears to be done. Anybody still around who used to be part of C*S? Anybody hear from Airmid or Ruwendon? Shafty

Greetings... A player from 1999-2005, I am pondering a return to UO after years off. Kept my old account, just haven't played. My characters are on the Atlantic shard, but no one seems to respond on that shard's forums, so maybe time for a character transfer to a more active shard. I am looking for a good, fun, mature guild that is actually somewhat active that is interactive in having an old n00b :-) I have a melee character and a tamer that was my main claim to fame. Hello everyone I'm new to Atlantic and i was just wondering if there were any active faction guilds out there that takes newer characters, I am willing to learn all the ropes and love group fights. Hi everyone! I just restarted UO after a few years off. My developed characters are on Napa Valley, but I live in Southern CA now. I enjoy belonging to a guild who fights monsters together and trains not-so-skilled players, like me. Even if there are no active guilds, which shard should I play on? Greetings all, Following a physical cross-country move, followed by only occasional play on my old Baja chars, I've decided to build a new home on the Chessie shard. I have also decided to start all my chars from scratch, in order to re-experience all my favorite parts of UO. I am a casual rp'er who and I will be building all of my chars slowly and "organically" through game-play. Britannia's Finest Craftsmen Its a small guild. Its what what we originally founded OkuC on. Cam is a very well known and respected person through out our shard. As I said its a small six person guild. City Councilmen Ash has been asked to look into other guilds for consideration. I put my full support backing BF. Hey guys. Back in January I created a newb account to see what was going on in the world of UO and I had intentions of comming back to UO fully at the time but I couldn't. I am in the process of getting a vet account to return to UO on and I was wondering which guild was it that took in Velos, my new character. I know you guys helped me out and gave me some items and some of those are still in a box that a guildy friended me to. Since I have recently returned and do not know all the ins and outs of what the EM's do, other then so far doing a nice job, I was wondering if they aid guilds if they wish to put on an event and temporarily need items secured in place? Or what other things other then marrying people do they do with regards to helping particular players? Thanks in advance.

TEB will be addressing the PaxLair Statehood meeting tomorrow. They have already been approved to be a guild of PaxOku city. Which that just means they are an official part of the city now. All guilds still maintain their own governing body.
