Kijustsu Anei still today has ships stationed in the bay near Gyldenfeld and PaxLane. The ships were dispatched to find missing cargo in the area. From information obtained in a meeting with a commander and Mayor Gareth some of the cargo has been recovered but more time is needed.

Mayor Gareth has gotten pressure from Guardians Gate Council member Wat The Tyler and assumes the USN will be the action taker on Guardians Gates behalf.

Mayor Gareth has never interfered in Kijustsu Anei affairs and does not seem willing to now. Envoys are to be dispatched to Gyldenfeld tomorrow to assure the city that their is nothing to fear.

Mayor Gareths hope is that the standing relationship between the Statehood and Gyldenfeld will allow Kijustsu Anei more time to recover the cargo. By entering into talks with Gyldenfeld it is Gareths idea that Guardians Gate pressure along with the City alliance will slowly die down if Gyldenfeld cooperates.
