I generally promote anyone in good standing who's been in GRI more than 6 months.

oh just what was brought up in the GM meeting about people not rezing when people die at a spawn and being unresponsive to help reqwest. This is no longer a problem may jump right out of the abyss at the drop of a rez call now

most of its known members arent with the ally any more from what ive sceen. Maybe that could be the purpose of Blow pop if we had higher numbers . Ive set the guild leader (my LJ) up with a book that goes to some popular places to die just in case.
