WoW: In Defense of South Shore

I had awoken to the sounds of battle, and quickly gathered my gear and steped outside. My beloved South Shore was under attack by the Undead, Orcs, Taurren, and the High Elf Traitors. South Shore's defenders managed to defend the village at a very high cost. Glancing south towards the docks I could see that the signal fire was lite, and hopefully help from StormWind and Darnassus will be coming. I reached into my bag and removed a vile of poison and applied it to both my Kryss and dagger. The weapons in each of my hands brought a smile to face "Gurth gothrim Tel'Quessir!" Throughout the lines of defenders "Raid Tarren Mill!!" began to be chanted.

The Nobles and Knights were mounted, and gathered around the Human Paladin Verlant. Verlant issued his orders to the great allaince army that had gathered here. The order was to counter attack at Tarren Mill. The Great Alliance Army began its march on Tarren Mill. It did not take long before we were outside of Tarren Mill. The Undead and their allies had gathered in defense of the Mill. Many more will die here today.

Tarren Mill Deathguards lead the charge for the the Undead and their allies. Soon both sides were scattered amongst each other fighting for survival. Every direction I swung my blades they found a mark. Each strike made me smile more and more. Every slain enemy brought the bloodlust upon me. At times I found myself targeting allies, but I managed to force myself not to strike them. I could not hear myself or the screams of the dying over the orcs chanting "Lok'mogul Makogg mog Lok'mogul." I had no idea what it meant, but I realized that the more Orcs I killed, the fewer of them were to chant that.

We manged to push through the Undead lines, and get closer to Tarren Mill. I yelled for all to hear "For the Glory of the Elves!!" and continue to fight. Verlant yelled his orders "The Phalanx of Perdition shall never break! Warriors to the front!! Denique Caelum!!!"

Soon we began to be overwhelmed by the Undead reinforcements. Verlant gave the order to pull back. I stayed behind and fought a rear guard action hoping to allow the rest to organize a defense at Darrow Hill. The Undead began to feast upon the corpses.

Verlant yells "Dont go into the orchard." It was little too late for me. One moment we are charging, the next we are retreating, and then we are not moving. As metors began to regin down on the orchard, I now knew why. The sky is fallening and quickly got out of the orchard.

Rohmen yelled "For those who fought for us long ago! We remembered and for those who trail us shall not forget. Denique Caelum!!!" Verlant replied "In this life and in the next! Honor! Valor! Slaughter them!!!" I replied "Gurth gothrim Tel'Quessir!!!" I may not ride a fancy mount or wear shinny plate mail, but I am the Bandit King, and I am not about to be out done by a bunch of Paladins. SouthShore was under attack again, and we began to pull back to South Shore.

Cyanous an Undead Mage broke away from the pack and charged our lines. I met his charge and struck him true critically injuring him multiple times. Cyaneous was feeling pain, and began to run in fear. My poisons did their damage, sending Cyanous back to the grave. I laughed at his pathetic corpse "In the name of Eowyna Rohanna, I send you back to the grave."

The fighting was over. Small pockets of resistance vanished and the lines stablized once more back to the status quo. Verlant declares "Victory for the Alliance!!"Russejr yells "The Horde Suxs." And the crowd cheers. As the crowds began to silence, Verlant breaks the silence "You have all fought well with honor. I salute you!!" and the crowd begins to go exstatic. I took this moment to slip away.

Stepping inside the South Shore Inn and Pub, I grabbed a seat and began to wonder how Eowyna is doing. Ed' i'ear ar' elenea, Eowyna's vanimle sila tiri. Mela en' coiamin Eowyna Cormamin niuve tenna' ta elea lle au'.
