Seeing the note on that last pics tells me there will be a few more crafters made here shortly.

Someone needs to craft. Perhaps if they pratice inbetween crafting, We may give them another shot at being Elite.

Killing a crafter, shouldn't lower durability at all. Its a public service to kill a crafter.
