That is a ML hair dye (Glacial) which you get from peerless bosses as a reward. There are alot of different colors.

I think the "big brown roach" is the Ethereal Beetle. 5th year Ethy, iirc.

There is a dead beetle in the pic as well as an ethereal one.

Reminds me of the 60's where blacklights were the 'in' thing ...
(wonders if the hair helps with nightsight since it looks like it would glow in the dark)...
