Today the town criers can be heard echoing throughout the lands as news of the battle from last nights expedition to Aedony Valley to battle the Shadowlord Forces ripples from town to town.
“Hear Ye! Hear Ye! The good people of Aedony Valley rest easier today as last night the courageous group which had gathered at the Horse's Head tavern in Jhelom were victorious!
Venturing past the Valor Shrine in Ilshenar to where the minions of the Shadowlord Forces were encamped across the river, the battle instantaneously commenced. The Shadowlord Forces were formidable, a compilation of arachnids including terathans, dread spiders, giant spiders and of course and large portion being that of paragon nature. Many casualties were to be inevitable but the vigilant
group were not to be deterred. The group was led by Byra of T.F and included Luna Rossa of SAGE, Caramina Falcon of SAGE, Cheshire of SAGE, Glinelril of SAGE, Tallanvor of SAGE, Silverleaf of SAGE, Miluda Folles of SAGE, Randall of RSB, Alanna of RSB, Joy of ElF, Roland of ElF, and Holy Shadow of KDA. The ancient sage, Alcuin of SAGE, after many words of wisdom and encouragement returned to his work in Skara Brae to research another pressing matter that plagues the members of SAGE and could not join in the expedition.
After returning to the Horse's Head to divide the spoils of the battle, they were joined by Kethaila, a representative of the people of Aedony Valley and presented with a reward of a Heritage Token for each member that participated in appreciation of their triumphant victory over the evil that was oppressing their people.”
