My UO name is Khaan. I have just started a new guild in Baja.
It is called Appreciators of Consequence [AofC]. In case anyone is interested in joining here are the rules:




1. You must have a good sense of appreciators of consequence.
2. You must play UO like it was real life and NOT like a game, hence rule number one.
3. You must be someone who has an unlimited amount of patience and handle being bored, hence rule number two.
4. Don’t expect to have instant gratification with spontaneous excursions to the darkest corners of Doom or Hythloth like a one hour TV series. All such excursions will be very methodically, planned for weeks, months or years and very carefully communicated and carried out in a group; hence rule number three.
5. For this you will get someone to back you up or try to answer a question when you get in trouble or when there is something you can’t handle like going into a dungeon; hence rule number four.

This leads to the question of : Why would you want to play a game of life when you could just live real life?
The answer is: If all you’re interested in is playing a game then just get on the net, spend a whole lot of real money and be the king of the hill. You probably don’t do that and, honestly, I’m sure it’s not because of the expense. Besides, where else can you go into danger and fight monsters?
