 | Why are people selling KR CD's On Ebay? I think its disgusting - look at the price they are charging $20! £10! For a bloody cd, Stop making money off people not being able to download it! I hope someone reports them and it gets stopped. | Re: Why are people selling KR CD's On Ebay? Some people (mostly former people that sold UO items on ebay) sell CD's as a way to secretly sell items. The auction is either used purely for advertisement of their web site (where they now sell items since the sale of virtual goods was banned on ebay) or it's one of those, "buy this CD but privately we'll arrange for you to buy the item you really want." Not sure if this is the same situation, since it's KR and KR hasn't been released, but I've seen that tactic used for the current versions of UO from some of the sellers that used to sell items and gold. |
