Whiners on UHall

My god, i'm reading a thread about UOAssist having adverts on their startup screen, good lord, what a bunch of idiotic whiners.

They're complaining over a couple of adverts? But practically everywhere has adverts, and they don't exactly make a difference.

I would have thought they'd be used to ad's if they go on Stratics, they have huge adverts all over the place.

*sigh* .... LOL yeah... wow. UOA ads are like once everytime you open UO, jesus just close it and go on with your game.

I have to agree that UOA should have been incorporated into the client.

The ads wouldnt be a big deal to me (were I still playing) so long as the updates became like they used to be. When ML came out there were constant problems with UOA interfacing with it and updating and then Tugs website was down and I figured it was going to be gone for good...

I wonder how much people would be complaining if they started charging a per month charge instead of having ads.. It would be a good way to stop people from complaining!

I bought it for the main account I use. Noticed the change in the startup screen the other day. What bothered me wasn't the ads.. heck those are everywhere and I am happy with the product, so that row of ads is not an issue. I wasn't thrilled that the startup screen was so much larger and could not be 'sized'. Even that is not something to really complain about. But as we all know, there are plenty of people out there who just LOVE to gripe. It's their main form of 'fun'. (sad isn't it)
