We've had cauldrons in-game since 2002 when Grizelda began giving them to us. No one, as far as I have ever seen, has asked that they be made to function as containers in the past four years.

We're now given boiling cauldrons as in-game gifts, suddenly there's a group of U'Alls asking that a cauldron filled with bubbling stew be changed to function as a container. The Dev staff single this absurd request out, put time into making this change, and then create a patch for the sole purpose of turning the boiling cauldron into a container. Subsequently, things get broken, yadda yadda, more time on the part of the staff to warn everyone about how to use their bubbling iron pot of stew, et cetera.

In the meantime the cauldron Grizelda gave me 4 years ago is still..the same..and..do I want it to be a container? No.

Moving on.....

KR! KR! KY! The great monument to a once-great game that will pull all the veterans back to UO! Even though...the only thing left in-game currently from those days everyone misses, is the 2D client itself. *scratches head* But anyways..so here comes KR. "We'll fix the neon problem! We'll do this! We'll do that! Being a 3D client will make it _so much easier_ for us to add in new content!"

Wait a minute...

*walks by a couple 18x18 customs recently rebuilt with the gaudy "crystal" tiles, decked out in all the "shadow" decorations*

Nice animated trackball there...but yes, so we're being given the new client..which is supposedly this great boon as "new content" will be so easy to create & add in it..yet we just had tons of "crystal" and "shadow" knick-knacks dropped on us out of nowhere while we're sill using the 2D client.

If the stuff is that _difficult_ to make..then why this stuff and why, now?

Moving on.....

ITEM DUPES! GOLD DUPES! DEAD SHARDS! Tell me again, why shard transferring was a good idea?

Thousands of items deleted!

*notices all the duped, colored hooded shrouds are still covering all the same people as before, and for sale on all the same vendors*
