Just curious to see if anyone on Chessy shard is having this issue or not? I never bother GM's for help so when I do I expect a reply and them to come. I do not expect a link for a site that takes forever to find and use. I contacted a GM on Saturday and I was in the que number 6 for over 2 hours and no one came and I had to log off. I was at swoops and there is a char that logs there which is fine. But.......everyone is frustrated with her since she logs with pup still killing swoops. She says she runs macro's which is legal but........I know that is not what she is doing. I mentioned to everyone that was there to contact a gm to report her at the time since they were all upset. She isn't at key board since you see her char die etc. She even has the "whatever she is running" doing a count down for next swoop. She has it programmed for herself and pup to attack every swoops regardless of her there or not, it's all on timers and you can see that. What is frustrating is when the person is there doing it and laughing about it and we page a GM and they don't come or answer. I know they are busy but come on. After I mentioned I reported her she quit using "whatever" it is she is running.......since all the count downs were done and then I could jump in and kill on her. Prior not one of us could even get in a hit with her "running whatever it is". I'm not stupid, I've seen and understand fully "what she is running". I'm aware macro's are legal but this is no macro. It's impossible to do what she does with UOA since I have it and know. And to top it off she is rude and tells everyone off while she is there. The complaints against this person are endless yet not one GM ban's susps or speaks to her. Why can't they just come and watch when we are there or whoever? If they show of course no person would run whatever they are running. Sorry had to vent this out, when it comes to not sharing and frustrating younger accounts and new players I get very upset. I've been around for a while and have seen this but enough is enough she needs to be stopped or address. I've seen people banned for less or susp.

I was in Que for hours also because of problems with my teleporters. Its crazy, and yes they should send a GM in for that and make sure she's not unattended macroing.

Some Gm's wish to have their game time and not be bothered is the atitude they seem to be enforcing. Maybe someday ithey will have an atitude adjustment for the positive.

Well now I'm very disappointed and don't know what to say!! Monday night we were all at Black Rock and a friend of mine and his bubby needed assistance, and they also never call for a GM and guess what??? Over 3 1/2 hours and they were still 7th in the Q. This has to stop, this is not acceptable at all Sorry this is now a sore spot for me.

Join the club. Everyone I've ever spoken to ( no exceptions ) has been dissatisfied with UO customer service for years.

They're literally the worst. Looking at this from a business standpoint, the reason that UO isn't more successful is that it seems they don't care to keep their customers happy.

I hate when they tell me to go to the online support webpage, there is like 100 pages of questions. I am not going to spend hours looking for one questions, if its even in there. Just answer my question, its your job, hehe

not only do they have 100 pages(worth crap), 9 out of 10 times..... your problem is not covered there anyways ive found that those pages are truly for the new people that join uo

I have a bugged Crimson on one of my chars. It is blessed with a clothing bless deed, but does not show as such. I paged a GM about it 14 times, yes, 14 times. Each time I page I put the info about it being clothing blessed, and not appearing, and each time I get a response telling me to go to their website cause they have an answer for it. The link sends me to something about Personal Bless deeds which have nothing to do with my problem. I would page them again telling them the link is not helping me cause it has nothing to do with my problem, and never get a response.

Technicaly I've paged them 7 times on different occasions, and then I'd get that same msg about the link, and page again telling them they're wrong, and never hear from them again for HOURS. I have yet to receive a message regarding my follow up page.

The only problem with the Crimson is that it just doesn't show up blessed(otherwise it is blessed, and isn't lootable upon death), and since I can't insure it, it looks like it's an uninsured lootable item. So everytime I go to fel, everyone and their mother is attacking me. To some that'd be fun, and at first it was, but now it's just annoying. Weak GM's...
