Hollywood writers to end strike

US film and television writers have voted to end a three-month long strike and return to work on Wednesday.

The back-to-work order was approved by 92.5% of the 3,775 Writers Guild of America (WGA) members, after a deal was struck by union leaders at the weekend.

Industrial action was sparked by a dispute over additional pay for work used on DVD or over the internet.

The strike has crippled TV and film production and led to the cancellation of the Golden Globe awards ceremony.

love the food network...my favorites is bobby flay and the iron chef..also like dinners drive in and dives ....lets keep this betwen friends would want this getting out

Well I have really been enjoying Steven Cobert without writers! It's been fun.

He had a great 3 way fight going between A Daily Show, Conan O'Brien, and The Cobert Report over who "made" Huckaby! A great time waster! (and some good fist fights too!). Even Huckaby came on the shows. He won't turn down free advertising during a Presidential campaign. (who would?)
