Favourite cookie?

Ok, someone has to ask this, what's your favourite type of cookie?

I haven't really sampled that many cookies, but i'm fond of generic chocolate chip cookies myself.

Haven't really tried any others :grin:

I think I had cookies with cinnamon? in them once, they were quite nice
Also had some with......toffee? they were nice, but abit sickly

Peanut butter kisses: a peanut butter cookie topped with a Hershey's kiss while it is still hot
Snickerdoodles! Kinda like sugar cookies rolled in cinammon and sugar before being cooked.

My favorites are two that I make.

I use basically the Tollhouse recipe but use a lot more chips and pecans than they say. And cook them in a cake pan for cookie bars. Yummy and nutritious...well I don't know about nutritious.

My specialty is traditional Scotticsh shortbread. Since none of you have had mine I will have to toot my own horn. It is amazingly wonderful!! Melt in your mouth fun.

Adri has a good point about peanut butter kisses too. Haven't made any of those in years.
