Lady Hell's Angel

Good Evening everyone! Lady Hell's Angel here with you again this week for another segment of Sonoma's Spotlight of the Week! This week I meet with a very famous judge as of late Maddwg. As you all know he served as the judge of the recent trial of Maximus Meridius. I had asked him if he'd like for me to have an interview with him and I met him in Haven. Of course, I know you all must be very curious about Maddwg, since he has been in the spotlight as of late. He then took me to his small three story home in Felucca, near Minoc. He kindly let me sit down and we had a nice, long conversation. We talked the small talk, and then I had asked him about the trial of Maximus Meridius, and the trial of Lord British as well. For those of you who may not know yet...I reported earlier today that he was chosen to be the Judge of the Lord British trial. Never mind my babbling I shall tell you what transpired during the interview:









Maddwg: Have a seat milady
Hell's Angel: thank you!
Hell's Angel: ok now how shall I start?
Maddwg: Thats up to you.
Maddwg: hehe
Maddwg: What would you like to know?
Hell's Angel: well the reason why I have taken interest in you for my Sonoma's Spotlight of
Hell's Angel: the Week is because you have been in the light as of late, so to speak
Maddwg: hehe
Hell's Angel: Most recently you have been hired as the Judge of the Lord British trial
Maddwg: Aye
Maddwg: I was asked to do that.
Maddwg: I accepted
Hell's Angel: but what made me more interested was your involvement in the Maximus
Hell's Angel: Meridius trial
Maddwg: *laughs*
Maddwg: That was very different.
Hell's Angel: But how I am going to start out is with some basic, general questions
Maddwg: Okay
Hell's Angel: How long have you played UO?
Maddwg: About 2 years.
Hell's Angel: Is this character your original character that you started with?
Maddwg: No.
Maddwg: Originally, I was on Legends. Back when it was AOL Legends.
Hell's Angel: wow
Maddwg: I told soem friends about UO.
Maddwg: But they were not AOL memebrs.
Maddwg: So we came to Sonoma in late 2000.
Maddwg: Madwg was my first character.
Maddwg: I did not know that you could have 2 characters with the same name
Maddwg: so I added an extra d on this one.
Hell's Angel: Have you always been a Feluccan or did you originally start out as a Tram
Hell's Angel: person?
Maddwg: I was originally on Tram and just came to Fel when I rejoined last December.
Maddwg: I decided that I should enjoy the entire game.
Maddwg: The worst that can happen here is I get killed.
Hell's Angel: hehehe
Hell's Angel: So, what is your personal feelings on the recent trial of Maximus Meridius?
Maddwg: Personally, I think it was not that big of a deal.
Maddwg: I thought the fish should just be replaced.
Maddwg: But Max would never answer my requests
Maddwg: to meet and setlle the matter.
Hell's Angel: Do you think the publics reaction to this case was a bit harsh?
Maddwg: Not really.
Maddwg: I think most of it was meant in humor
Maddwg: as was the trial in the beginning.
Maddwg: I think his attitude upset some people.
Hell's Angel: Are you aware of his fetish for sheep? *giggles*
Maddwg: *laughs*
Maddwg: Oh lord.
Maddwg: I dare you to print that.
Hell's Angel: I will!
Maddwg: *laughs*
Hell's Angel: How were you chosen to be the Judge on that trial?
Maddwg: Well, I think it was because I was a neutral party
Maddwg: and I was dressed most like a judge.
Maddwg: *laughs*
Hell's Angel: LOL
Hell's Angel: Has Max met the requests in the final decision at the closing of the trial?
Maddwg: Not to my knowledge.
Maddwg: I agreeed to act as judge
Maddwg: and did my best
Maddwg: but I will not act as law enforcement.
Hell's Angel: Is there anyone trying to get him to meet the judgement?
Maddwg: Not that I am aware.
Hell's Angel: Ok onto next case, the Trial of Lord British
Maddwg: Aye
Hell's Angel: How do you feel about it?
Maddwg: I'm not sure.
Maddwg: I'm a little uneasy to be honest.
Hell's Angel: Lord British is a adored figure to a lot of people.
Maddwg: Well, to some.
Hell's Angel: How do you think the public will react?
Maddwg: I think some will be very angry.
Maddwg: Some will rejoice.
Maddwg: No matter what I do
Maddwg: some will hate me once it is over.
Hell's Angel: Can't please everyone now can we?
Maddwg: No we can't.
Hell's Angel: How were you chosen to be the Judge in this case?
Maddwg: You would have to ask King David.
Maddwg: I was appproached by him.
Hell's Angel: Do you think the way you handled the Max case was a factor?
Maddwg: I think it was that and other things.
Hell's Angel: Possibly your neutral disposition?
Maddwg: I think that was a big factor.
Maddwg: hehe
Hell's Angel: After these two huge trials maybe possibly retire from being a judge? *laughs*
Maddwg: I hope so.
Maddwg: If asked to serve my shard, I find it difficult to refuse.
Maddwg: So, we will have to wait and see what happens.
Hell's Angel: Perhaps if I'm in a legal problem I'll call on you to be my judge? *giggles*
Maddwg: Anytime, milady.
Hell's Angel: Is there anything that I haven't covered yet?
Maddwg: hmm
Maddwg: I think that about covers it for now.
Maddwg: But
Maddwg: more will be coming
Hell's Angel: Yes I will probably be conducting another interview with you in the near future
Maddwg: I hope to keep you informed as we progress.
Maddwg: I am always at your service.
Hell's Angel: Yes I have been asked by King David to do so.
Maddwg: Very good.
Hell's Angel: Thank You for your time Maddwg
Maddwg: Your are most welcome.
Hell's Angel: I shall be talking with you again soon

There ya have it folks! I think Maddwg is a very interesting and pleasure human being to be around.
