Well I have been doin a few of the quests from heartwood, or should I say, attempting quests, and the major quests involving the newwer ML dungeons have proven too difficult for my solo characters.

I am thinking of dropping my bards and tamers, as they have proven to be less that effective, they just end up running for their lives or dying...

But anyways, I was wondering if there was anyone else that needed a little help staying alive a little longer, maybe we could hook up and help each other out... Be glad to help you complete your quests!

I have a good fighter, fighter/mage and a few other charcters that would make good partners in a fight, although the new expansions have put alot of my characters in transition...

Also, I understand talk is cheap, but I will say it for the record anyways. I am a trustworthy player, who will never scam, cheat, exploit anything. My characters are equipped nicely, I have no need to steal your equipment, not that I would anyways! Just so you know, theres no worries regarding my integrity, I am Mr. Niceguy... (Not "do everything for you" nice tho :tongue: )

PS: I do have a few pet peeves regarding other players though, and I am fairly rigid about it, so you might not want to party with me....

1). I do not appreciate players who are out to "just" make gold, who "only" want to find items so they can run to the bank and sell them, I am interested in playing the game and wish to aquire "items" simply for character building and questing. So if you are into ebay or brokering, or simply creating a giant pile of gold, with all respect please do not bother replying.

2). Respect. I do not wish to associate with players who do not respect other players. ie: verbal harrasment, gratuitous swearing, greifing, scamming, taunting, flaming, just basically being a jerk in general... I am an adult, and I wish to play with mature people, young or old, that show some common decent respect for one another.

3). Lazy players. I am happy to help you out in game. I will help you aquire loot to build suits and get weapons. (ie hunting) But that does not inlcude "me" fully equipping you with a good suit of armor and weapons... Not that I do not wish to give you armor, but there is just too much scamming and laziness on UO to warrant me giving stuff away. So I just expect everyone to have the wherewithal to equip themselves. This way nobody gets conned.

Sorry just the way I am... I hope these 3 peeves I have are not too restrictive for you to come out and quest with me! :grin:

Nah, you worded it correctly at as far as I'm concerned. When I'm dragged out hunting I always make excuses such as my armor isn't good enough, my weapon isn't good enough, I don't have enough pots, blah blah. Eventually, I find myself suited in great armor, holding a nice weapon and my pack bursting with aids and pots and no more excuses left. I always wind up having a great time, so I'm not sure why I !!!!! and moan so much about it. *chuckles*

Oh.. and I always wind up giving back the goodies if they're not slowly being digested in some beasties belly deep in the dungeon.

Seriously, I'll go hunting with you some time this week if you want. Send me a PM and let me know what time of the day you typically login. I know a few other people as well who currently solo but are itching to go check out the new elven dungeons so we can put a little "fellowship" of our own together. hehe
