| The Court is Ready.

Last night I met with Hooman, Guildmaster of the Evil Empire. He hath offered his services to the Court as Marshal. I have elevated Hooman to Captain of the Guard. He will be overall commander and will ensure we have guards on hand. Hooman will coordinate any actions that E^E takes in the name of the Court. Malachai, is promoted to the Sergeant At Arms position. He will assume command of all non-E^E marshals. He will work beside Hooman to coordinate the actions of those marshals.
I spilt the force in two for tactical reasons, not political. I have the utmost respect for both Hooman and Malachai. I am convinced that we have a force that will do their utmost to ensure an undisturbed trial. This may all change once we see what works and what doesn't.
With the addition of E^E in our support, I can now say that the Court is ready to begin.
The Court Stands At:
Judge - Maddwg (XX)
Bailiff - Rose (HELP)
Bailiff - Jocelyn (HELP)
Prosecution - not declared (PAS)
Defense Counsel - Lord Brad (USN)
- Lord Rapier (WMD)
Captain of the Guard - Hooman (E^E)
Sergeant At Arms - Malachai (PAS)
Marshal of the Court - Numa (PAS)
Marshal of the Court - Redrum (WW) - potential
Marshal of the Court - E^E
Marshal of the Court - E^E
(how many actual E^E we have on hand is up to Hooman)

Volunteer For Jury (if required):

That means, we are ready to discuss relocating the defendant.
It is my wish that we schedule a Preliminary Hearing at which time we will cover:
A) The basics of the case against Lord British. Just tell me what crimes he has committed and why he should remian in custody until the trial.
B) I will hear the prosecutions argument for dismissal and their rebuttal to A.
C) Assuming the trail is to be carried forward, we will discuss when to move Lord British.
D) The nature of the trial. (i.e, Jury (if so, what size), Judge, panel)
D) I wish to discuss with the Court staff what our duties are.
E) Any other subjects we need to discuss.
At the Hearing I need, one represenative from the Prosecution, one from the defense, the Bailiffs, the Investigator and the Marshals.
I understand that everyone has a tight schedule, but I would like to do this within the next few days. If I could hear from the Prosecution and Defense on what days/times work best for them, I will set a date and time that will give us a chance to notify everyone.
All actions of the Court will be announced in advance.
Any interested in being part of the Court, contact me. I will try to find something for everyone ot do that wants to particpate.
In the furure we will still need, witnesses for both sides and possibly a jury.
