ya, I can say one thing, they got phones calls and email from us everyday as we waited. I felted sorry for the poor tec that was here to check the modem, he told us we were ok, and you could see it in his face that he hated to tell us that there was nothing he could do here for us and that we had to wait for the ISP to catch up with the upgrades.
