This is just an FYI and a warning for all to be carefull and travel in packs.

I have a rl friend that plays and was walking on foot to his house. He was walking from Luna to his Malas home. He got killed several times (until insurance money ran out) by a blue named EVL and two of his buddies. Once he was killed till they could get his insured items he went back to his body after rezing and found his chiv book, spell book, rune books (all blessed items) and his soul seeker (not very smart killers) laying on the ground beside his corpse. Being that this was tram and not supposed to be allowed is awful but to loose blessed items is even worse I think.

Also had a guild mate that went to Brit gate fel to pvp (expected to die) and when he died and got rez'd he found that everything was gone. His insured items (old bug) and all his blessed items (runebooks, spell books, etc....).

So everyone be very careful and don't carry anything you can't live without. I would even limit the runebooks you carry.

If anyone knows any info please let us know and if I posted this in a wrong spot please let me know and I will try to move it.

Yea I heard something similiar from a pvper, a guy they were fighting died and his ornament of the magician just dropped to the floor.

Haven't heard of blues attacking blues in Trammel though

As you know I am no where near fighting capabilities ... so I am not sure if your telling me that blues who are not allied with other blues can kill other blues just for ... whatever reason...


*bad enough having to deal with not being able to escort (by gating) npcs' to vesper in order to keep up the compassion virtue .. but that can be dealt with. I truly don't know how to combat characters who wish to attack me ... that is the main reason I don't go to Fel as often as I might like to ...

I forgot to mention that these blues had no guild tag at all and even though he is in a guild they showed as blue names to him. And remember that we had a guild mate that his blessed stuff dropped to when he pvp'd in felucca. Apparently it can get you on both sides of the spectrum - Trammel & Felucca.

I am going to post this in the general forums to let all shards know just in case they are having the same issues.

I had a similar thing happen when the ophidians first attacked. I was at vespar graveyard and I was killed by an Ophidian and when i was rezed I had no sword of Stampede. Luckily Old Man from PoRn happened to see my sword on the ground and picked it up. It was blessed and he returned it. Most ppl are not this honest. But I am quite aware of this. The people mostly doing this are the ones who mostly hang in fel. There is a lot of bad going on from alot of these fel guilds. They are the ones mostly with these illegal programs because they use them during champs. UO is starting to be really annoying. I cant even take my guild anywhere in fel because I dont want this to happen. If you all remeber, Sonoma never used to be this bad. What is happening to our shard is terrible. These people and their attitudes to destroy other people's fun has got to stop. If someone loses anything due to this scam, I will donate money to help them get their items back. It's just not fair. We pay and we shouldn't have to endure this dishonesty .

My Husband lost his blessed and insured stuff a couple of times, I thought he was crazy, but I guess he wasn't (at least about that).

It has to be an illegal program for a blue to kill you in Trammel. I hope OSI looks into this quickly and bans those guys.

Adam, the incident you were referring to, we think that what it was, was that he had bought the item, it was insured, and he lost it probably due to some insurance bug. The same thing happened with a sword I bought, lost it 5 min later after a duel. It was insured. I NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE without something insured. So whenever you buy something, and it is insured, UNINSURE IT, THEN RE INSURE IT YOURSELF!!!!! Just a friendly reminder.
