Terrance slowly rode through the streets of Vesper, enjoying the opportunity to visit the expansive city. Always he had felt tiny in this massive place, the "City of Industry" as it was known, and no matter how many times he came here, he always had to pay close attention not to become lost...

He rode past the bank and The Colored Canvas having taken the bridge from the mainland...the infamous bridge where the troll brothers had made their stand. He stopped then at The Busy Bees to indulge in a freshly made honey stick, which he savored the rest of ride. Over the smaller bridges connecting the tiny island portions of the city he went, by the baker and the butcher both, the fishers and the shipwrights. He briefly poked his head in the Vesper Youth Hostel, and remembered the time or two he himself had stayed there for the night.

Finally, he had reached the museum, and climbed down from his horse before entering. Not that the curators would mind the Hellsbane being inside since they allowed everyone with pack animals to come inside freely, but Terrance simply could not accept riding a horse or any other animal into a building unless he absolutely had to.

A quick look he took of the upper floor, seeing all was in order, and then down to the growing community collection in the basement.

"The eighth display has been completed!" he blurted out loud, as someone busy signing off their contribution of frostwood logs looked at him with a raised eyebrow and then went back to their work. The eighth collection display was devoted to Chaos, and to the man whom had once been the King's closest friend, Lord Blackthorn. The seal of Chaos was set into the floor, made from beautiful marble and granite. Banners and a shield hung from the wall in honor of the fallen lord. And in the glass display case rested the shield. The Chaos shield. An exact replica of that which was carried by Lord Blackthorn himself, and those who pledged their allegiance to him when the kingdom had been broken broken in two, along with the friendship of two great men.

"Upon a day when snow doth fall...", Terrance recited quietly to himself. The poem, written by the paws of a tiny mouse, which told the tale.

Terrance smiled and nodded, satisfied by the faithfulness of the display, and made his back through the museum and out. He knew the next display would not be ready for some time, and would require great donations of the part of the people, but to him it was all worth it.....

The Vesper museum in Trammel has reached the eighth tier of the collection! The corresponding display is dedicated to Chaos. The next tier is roughly 35 million points away.
EDIT: As I just finished this post, I saw that the collection level has slipped slightly under the eighth tier. Sorry, but the display is gone for again for right now.

Wow...I can't believe we are up that high! Sorry to hear the display is gone now though..hopefully it will come back.

It's been so long since I visited the Vesper Museum...I might have to do that this weekend. I've been focusing most of my donations towards the library

what happens at different tiers?

Different displays are automatically added to the museum, the library and the zoo with each tier reached. The problem is the decay rates are grossly high and it's a constant struggle to just maintain them where they're at, much more to actually raise them.
