Is Rat General Connected to Inu the Crone?

This was posted by UO Stratics Napa Reporter Akasha this morning:

In Trinsic swamp this evening a rat general by the name of Lorgash was found. He did not seem interested in sharing any information with us:
the only things he had to say where phrases like "Kill or be killed my minions".

He has a mean area spell similar to Rikktor that seems to cause instant death.

Venture there at your own risk...nobody can figure out what he wants from us or what his plans are. Is he somehow connected to Inu the Crone?
That remains to be seen.We will keep you updated on this developing news.

Yes, The General is killable. He was killed on Origin, but nothing spectacular happened, except someone recieved a Tokuno Dye. There was a book laying on the ground called "Studies:The Shattering" by Nystul. I was unable to pick it up and it was on the ground prior to the fight, but I copied it and perhaps someone can figure something out.My opinion is that they are connected, The Crone says Sosaria is divided, and the book mentions the division of the gem. *Wishes Eowyna would return soon*

Uggg, tried on Napa and we gave up.
He has earthquake like riktor (hit me for 70 damage in a all 70 suit)
throws oil flasks like orcs
hits stunning blows
teleports

I've died more tonight then I have in the last few months.But it was fun.

Some of my guild members went along on Europa last night in answer to a call from Lady Flame.
I got a book, they died a lot,but great fun was had by all.
They managed to kill the General also eventually *grins*
