There has been two meetings held thus far and it is time for an update to let people know what is going on and what is planned.

Cities that have been claimed by a Baron to date are:

From this time forward each new Baron must be voted in by the conclave. Please remember each Baroney must have at least 3 members to request a position. They need one to be the Baron, one to be the Ambassador and one to enlist in the Royal Army.

Last evening Circe described the events she has planned for the first official Conclave hosted event. Some questions arose about how Prize gold should be distributed and how large prizes should be. In the end it was decided that Circe should decide on how the 100,000,000 gold whould be awarded. I am sure you will be reading her posts soon with the details.

The Baron from Trinsic made the official request to sponsor a UO Xmass event in Trinsic. The request was welcomed and approved immediately. I look forward to hearing what Tatum and his Baroney have planned for us.

It was also decided to make the meetings start time to be set at 10pm eastern time, and to try and keep the meetings to an hour. I will attept to post an agenda prior to meetings in order to keep to the hour desired. I do anticipate holding some special meetings in the future as needed.

A forum for citizens to communicate with the Conclave besides just at the meetings.

The next meeting for the Conclave will be October 23rd at 10 pm eastern. People wishing to request a Baroney or support for a event are encouraged to let me know prior so I can put it on the agenda.

I would like to thank all the people that did attend these two meetings. There was almost as many visitors as there was Conclave members. I look forward to seeing all who attended in the future and welcome anyone to come and visit. I have placed a rune vendor at Dragonclaw Castle with runes to the Conclave meetings.
