That is the motto of the Conclave of Barons.

What is the goal of the Conclave?
The Conclave will hold shard wide events. The events must be open to everyone on the shard.

Who can be a Baron?
Anyone can be a Baron if they meet the requirements. Those requirements are:
They must make a petition to join the Conclave, by contacting me or attending a scheduled meeting.
They must have two other people joining with them, one designated as Ambassador and one appointed into the Royal Army.
They must declare the city they will represent.

What is then required of a Baron?
The Baron and his followers must hold at least one shard wide event in their declared city once a year. They must also help another Baron with their events at least twice a year. If one of their members should resign they must replace them. They and their group must attend the meetings that will be held every two weeks.

What if you don’t have three people to join with you?
We will be keeping a list of others that have the same problem and will work to team you up.

What will the Conclave do to help me?
Lord British has given me 200,000,000 gold to help sponsor events. The Kings gold will be used to match what a Baron uses as prizes or materials. Using a net toss as example. Say the Baron uses 100 green nets and 10 white nets. They can request of the Conclave for an equal amount. If approved the Conclave will give that Baron the gold needed to buy an equal number of nets.

Are all requests for events and funds granted?
Each event must be discussed and approved by the Conclave. Once approved it qualifies for assistance of personnel and funds.

Can any citizen request help form the Conclave to sponsor an event?
Any group or citizen may request help and funds. In fact we encourage it. But they face the same approval as a Baron would for their events.

How many spots for Barons are there?
There is really an unlimited number of spaces.
