7/24/6 RP MEETING RE-CAP

The following is a ReCap of last night's RP discussion at the Drunken Crow:

1. One city shall be the CENTERPOINT of all Community Role Play - HAVEN

2. HAVEN will have a governing body separate from Britannia's High Council

3. The High Council will still exist, as will all other presently functioning governing bodies such as those of Umbra, Nujhel'm, etc.

4. As time progresses, activity will eventually move back to other cities, however to start, ALL RP will be conducted in HAVEN

5. Haven will have a governing body separate from the HC
the HC will still exist, as will independent states such as Umbra, Nujel'm
the Triumverate will be the governing body for Haven And will work in character to decide on a charter. The Triumverate of Haven and the HC, DoN, SE, CoS could send ambassadors to Haven

6. 'Evil' characters can break the laws as would be appropriate to their personalities, however they must be prepared for arrest and WILL remain in jail-NO ESCAPES

**In the interim it is suggested that we begin utilizing HAVEN as a central point for RP**
