RE: High Court Case of the Crown Vs. PUU

Greetings,

The case of the Crown Vs. PUU will be held Monday, August 7th 2006 at 9:30 PM EST/8:30 PM CST at the Court of Truth in Yew, Trammel.

The Honorable William Wingate is scheduled to preside.

PUU is charged with the following crimes against the crown:

1. False accusations against Maggie V. Stweart, who is not only a very respected citizen of Britannia but also a long standing member of the High Council; as a former councilor and as an acting adjutant, through a warrant request made by him to Lord Strider, King's Counsel, High Court of Britannia, on July 25 2006 for the arrest of Maggie V. Stweart.

2. Attempting to insight rebellion by undermining the High Court and the High Council through a warrant request made by him to Lord Strider, King's Counsel, High Court of Britannia, on July 25 2006 for the arrest of Maggie V. Stweart.

3. Conduct unbecoming a member of the High Guard through a warrant request made by him to Lord Strider, King's Counsel, High Court of Britannia, on July 25 2006 for the arrest of Maggie V. Stweart.

4. Impersonating a member of the High Guard by acting as a member of the High Guard in unofficial capacity as the suspect claims to continue to hold the rank of Brigadier General in the former Royal Guard which was converted to the High Guard by the 171st Assembly of the High Council.

5. Treason against the crown due to the above before mentioned.

The prosecution as well as the defense is hereby instructed to make ready any and all witness lists which may be requested by the presiding Justicar on the day before or on the day of the trial.
